After polish then wipe down the car using a IPA prep spray, this will remove any left over residue used by the polish. After all these steps you may apply the ceramic coating to the virgin clear coat of the paint. Allow coating to cure for 24 hours in an enclosed area for example in a garage. Do not wash the car within those first 24 hours and do not the let the car come into contact with water.
