This works exactly like your more expensive day-time cold medicine and I can't see buying anything else.Now I have seen and tried generics before from the grocery store and Target and to tell you the truth I just don't feel comfortable taking them because there is no telling where the manufacturer is.Goodsense is a brand I trust and you can't beat this price. Recommend. Try this and save.

These caplets did a good job of relieving sinus congestion and throat discomfort, without making me drowsy. But they did not did anything for the headaches I get when I am cold.I think these are good for minor colds, but if I'm really sick they are not enough.The caplets are hard to get out of the packaging. The punctures are not easy to rip (to separate dosage) and the plastic is hard to take off. Most times I can't do it without shears; it's quite inconvenient when I'm on the go.

Purchased these to get through cold and flu season when everyone mass purchased everything in our local stores. Worked equal to name brand product for less money.

They work fine but the liquid caps are really large. I have trouble swallowing them.

In anticipation of winter in Boston, I ordered a pre-emptive care package of stuff that is needed when sick. These were a bargain price-wise, and well, I go through a ton of cold medicine every year. These work great, and they do not break the bank.
