Hoosier Hill Farm All American Whole Milk Powder 16oz (Import)

This powdered milk product is absolutely wonderful. I had not previously imagined powdered products could taste this good. Very rich, hinting at cream texture. If you want it to taste like *just milk, cut back on the suggested proportion (i.e. use less powder). Also, a helpful hint, when using it at full strength, it does not combine with water as quickly as any other powdered product I have tried - so be prepared for more time with the mixing than what you may be used to. That, is not a complaint.... just a heads up. This stuff is fabulous. Get some !

If you don't have children, this product is a must to have in your pantry! I do not drink milk but need it for recipes and what a GREAT ALTERNATIVE to fresh milk that DOES NOT LAST VERY LONG!!!!! Great product and so very easy to use and store!

Powdered milk is surprisingly convenient, especially if you don’t use fresh milk every day. This milk powder was purchased to add to my coffee. Unfortunately it doesn't completely dissolve in hot coffee like it should. Also it has a funky after taste. It starts off tasting fine until all that's left of the coffee flavor leaves your tongue and that's left is a yucky after flavor which seems to hang around. Overall I don't like this milk powder nor would I recommend it to others.

This milk powder is a good item to have on hand for many recipes. I like that it is organic. It’s great for a pinch if you run out of milk .needed Pantry staple .
