Hoosier Hill Farm All American Whole Milk Powder 16oz (Import)

This powdered milk product is absolutely wonderful. I had not previously imagined powdered products could taste this good. Very rich, hinting at cream texture. If you want it to taste like *just milk, cut back on the suggested proportion (i.e. use less powder). Also, a helpful hint, when using it at full strength, it does not combine with water as quickly as any other powdered product I have tried - so be prepared for more time with the mixing than what you may be used to. That, is not a complaint.... just a heads up. This stuff is fabulous. Get some !

If you don't have children, this product is a must to have in your pantry! I do not drink milk but need it for recipes and what a GREAT ALTERNATIVE to fresh milk that DOES NOT LAST VERY LONG!!!!! Great product and so very easy to use and store!

I was very pleased with Hoosier Hill Farm Powdered Milk. This is the first time that I’ve ever had powdered milk. I just made my fourth pint of milk using exactly 2/3 cup of milk powder to 16 ounces of water from my filtered water pitcher. The product contains powdered milk . . . nothing else. I find that the taste and texture of this reconstituted milk mimics that of store bought whole milk very closely. I just ordered the 24 ounce size so that I’ll have it on hand before my original purchase of the 16 ounce size runs out.
