I plugged it in, filled the little water tank, and waited literally 15 seconds—and boom! Steam started coming out. I was shocked at how fast it heated up. I used it while my blouse was on a hanger (love that it works both flat or hanging), and in under 3 minutes, my top looked crisp and fresh. No ironing board, no waiting forever, no stress. Plus, the heat-resistant glove it came with made me feel much safer since I’m usually clumsy with hot tools. It’s compact, super lightweight, and now a permanent part of my travel bag. I even took it on a weekend trip last week and it easily fit in my carry-on. If you’re someone who’s always in a rush (like me) or just hate ironing, this little steamer is seriously a game changer. I purchased this steamer because my sister has one and told me it was fabulous. So I decided to buy one too. It is outstanding. I use it daily because it is to easy to use. It eliminates getting the ironing board and iron out. It can be used on clothes, and the big plus I've used it on curtains too The steamer heats up quickly, in about 30 seconds, making it convenient for quick wrinkle removal. The steam is strong and steady, and very effective at removing wrinkles from different fabrics. It's small and easy to hold and ideal for travel. I love my new steamer.

This is an awesome gadget. It heats up pretty much immediately. I like that you can steam your clothes on a bed and that the flat steam part is adjustable. It is just small enough for travel but big enough to steam/iron any size clothing. It works really well. I love that I do not have to lug out an ironing board while on road trips and staying in hotels. Its a huge time saver. There was a little water coming out while steaming on one occasion but it wasn't a detractor for me as it was such a small amount and it dried up quickly. The power is top notch as well. This is a great steamer and in fact I gave mine to my sister-in-law she loved it so much so I am getting another one for myself.

This steamer works but it's kind of awkward to hold, if you're not using the protective glove, it will burn your hands but other than that it does what it's intended to do.

My wife would give this device a 9.6 out of 10 rating, so it gets 5 stars on Amazon. She found it very easy to use, even though she is a first-time user. She found the movable steam head to be very convenient. Directions were easy to follow. The reminder not to move the swivel head during use was a nice touch. She obtained excellent wrinkle removal on cotton shirts and skirts and even jeans. It was easy to fill and empty the water container, and one filling was enough to steam 2 pairs of jeans and 2 cotton shirts. It preheats quickly. It is easy to store or carry with you, but the electrical cord might be a bit longer. The included gloves weren’t a good size for her, but a price point of $40 was good. Overall, a good item to have in your closet.

I am not a big fan of ironing, so I absolutely loved this product. So simple. The box is cute, it comes with a storage bag and a glove. I like the colour as well and it looks luxurious. It does a great work and I love how you can bring when traveling too, because is not big. It also has two angles of uses, making it easier.

The worst product I have ever bought on Amazon.

I think it's worth it if you don't steam often and need to touch up your clothes. It can't store a lot of water so I found myself having to refill it every other day depending on how long I steam for. It steams really fast and only have to wait maybe 30 seconds. You can also adjust the steamer to horizontal or vertical and comes with a bag to store it and glove to hold it if you're scared of the heat.

EXTERMELY DISAPPOINTED!! This product worked one single time and then completely stopped working. It arrived with a ripped, damaged, and unsealed box, which already raised concerns about whether it was even new. Now that the product is defective, returning it has turned into another problem because the box is damaged—even though it was delivered that way. So I’m left with a non-working product and unnecessary hassle. Poor quality, poor packaging, and an overall terrible experience. This should never happen with a new electrical item. Not recommended at all.
