Review: Arrived a day late with no heat pack in winter. Two tiny plastic tubes where jam packed with ants to the point they couldn't walk at all. They surprisingly arrived 99% alive. Brought them up to room temp over the course of an hour then slowly raised the temp to 82F. Lost about 5 over the next few days.
