Il était neuf (boite scellée) tout y était, écouteurs, cable usb, chargeur, le pins pour ouvrir le compartiment Sim card, un adaptateur pour cable usb pour effectuer le transfert de fichiers de l'ancien téléphone vers le nouveau, l'adresse web pour télécharger le manuel d'utilisation. Le colis est arrivé avec 2 jours d'avance mais j'ai été prévenu par le transporteur. J'ai mis le téléphone en charge immédiatement car la batterie était complètement déchargée (2 ou 3 heures de charge). Le clavier était réglé en qwerty et les paramètres de saisies en langue anglaise. J'ai immédiatement fait mes réglages personnels et mis à jour le logiciel. Le transfert de mon ancien téléphone vers le nouveau c'est très bien passé (aucuns problèmes rencontrés).
