Best countertop oven I’ve owned so far!
Shipped quickly and arrived on time, I’ve loved every second of it! I have a pretty limited amount of space and this oven was a perfect fit. Great quality, I’ve only made carrot cake so far but I’m sure this can conquer anything. Temperature is accurate. Easy to use when setting your time and temperature. If you’re on the fence about it, don’t be. It’s worth every penny!

Not impressed
The performance is subpar. The temperature is inconsistent, with one side being too hot, causing the cookies to burn. It works for home use, but I wouldn't recommend it for commercial use.

If you don't have an oven installed, and want to bake bread...
I had a countertop oven for ten years, and struggled with the capacity for anything but muffins the whole time. This oven is brilliant in its simplicity, and I can't imagine it braking down in my lifetime. If you get heat proof mats for the oven floor and the top, and keep all that beautiful stainless steel clean, you won't be disappointed. The heat settings on the dial correspond exactly to the thermometer I tested it with, all the way from lowest to highest. There are no exposed heat elements, which is a huge advantage in a half size or smaller oven. The controls are rock-solid, as well as the door closure. Get a pizza steel/stone, Some hefty oven gloves, steel cleaner, half sized baking sheets, and get baking!

Solidly built convection oven
This Replaced my worn out oven about the same size. My only complaint is that it takes longer to heat up than my previous one otherwise it should last me for the remainder of my business.

Great oven for a Mobile Food Cart. Makes 24 biscuits at a time.
Great space saver and we added a rack on top of it which fits perfectly. I would highly recommend this oven if you need to bake but don't want to use 220V or if you have limited space. Heats evenly, fits in tight spaces and looks great!

4 months after purchase it just stopped working
We use it to bake about a dozen cookies every 2-3 days and it just stoppedworking?
