Essie Gel Couture Polish - 2017 Enchanted Collection Colors - Matter of Fiction - 13.5ml / 0.46oz

Matter of Fiction is one of my favorite color it’s a light pink that is faint and not too bold. It looks good on my fair skin tone and I have received many compliments on the color, it lasts me 4-6 days with the corresponding top coat. I adore this color!

This nail polish lasts longer than all the others to the point that I only use Essie Gel Couture. I have natural nails no gel or powder and my manicure lasts a full week with no chips. I’ve worn different colors all successfully. I also use their clear top coat.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! I have been looking for a pale pink solid colour (so you can't still see the white bit of nail through it) for ages and bought so many that looked ok in the bottle but were hopeless when actually applied. The end result of this one is brilliant. At first I was dubious because the first coat went on a bit thin and streaky but the second coat evened it up a bit and the third coat finished it off perfectly. I then applied the Gel Couture Top Coat (solid white bottle) and it gave a really smooth, shiny finish and didn't take half the polish off with it, which I've found with many other top coats. Each coat dried very fast with no tackiness, also a bonus as I tend to get impatient and more often that not start doing things too soon and ruin it! Note: the photo makes it look quite white but it's just the light, it's most definitely pale pink, a cool pink, rather than a warm tone.

The color is so pretty. The nail polish last really long on my nails. Great color for the summertime

Waste of money. This polish arrived tacky and thick. Having used this same brand polish many times, I knew this was not the normal and reached out twice the attempt a refund or replacement. Noone has gotten back to me. Very disappointed.
