I couldn't afford to buy all of my nephews and my niece $50 of individual gifts this year.. So, instead, I bought them all a family pass to the local zoo which allows them to go whenever they want and as often as they want. However, I didn't want to show up empty handed, so after looking through a bunch of zoo related toys, I found this one and couldn't be happier. The animals are extremely detailed and sturdily built. They also included a snap together fence as well as a snap together sand-like pasture for the animals to "roam" around in. The kids.. ranging in age from 2 1/2 to 9 1/2, all seemed to love it and even got off of their tablets to help put it together for their younger siblings and explain what each animal was (or at least the ones that they knew!)
