I had spinal surgery 5 years ago, have arthritis, and am waiting for both knee and hip replacement. I am a side sleeper and wanted something to keep my hips in better alignment. I have found, that for me, it is better used without the ‘leg sleeve’, as it made me too hot; but maybe that is just due to my menopausal symptoms! I tend not to move much during the night and have found that the pillow stays in place well, and works to keep my pelvis in better alignment and also relieve pain from my knees being together. All in all it works for me and is excellent value, plus it will be easy to pack; once we are allowed to travel again! (Written during Covid lockdownJ

For a patented product, I would have thought a lot more research and development would have gone into this pillow. Don’t get me wrong, since using it, my sciatica has calmed markedly down and I appear to be getting better nights sleep; however, ‘the stocking’! It’s already been mentioned that it is loose and it may rotate around your leg, waking you up, causing you to replace it before falling back to sleep etc. I’m afraid, this is the truth and fault of the product!! I have, what’s left of them, athleticly formed legs I.e. quite large and muscular, and the sock is too loose for me. I’m going to purchase a piece of tubagrip that better suits my leg, probably two pieces, one larger than the other to deal with the different sizes in my leg and sew them in - I say this to give the manufacturer an idea they should have had from the start rather than save money but still charge for. Other than that, I would recommend the product but we aware of the nightly spin ‘n’ dance you’ll have with it.

Comfortable to wear, stays in position. First time I wore it, back/hip pain increased as I realigned, I stuck with it and all discomfort was gone after 20mins. I tend to wake up with a stiff back and I have right sided hip issues through the day. Both issues have improved. Reason I didn't give the product 5 stars is because now I have this between my knees I feel like I want something between my ankles. I'm happy to continue using this. When the time comes to replace the knee pillow I will most likely search out a larger product to cover more leg length.

I wasn’t expecting much from such a small pillow, but this pillow is awesome it’s very comfortable and stops my leg from moving forward when I sleep which keeps my back straight which eases my pain.

I feel really bad writing this but the product really didn’t do anything at all for me. I’m only small but I felt the cushion pad wasn’t near big enough to provide any support at all and the pillow between my legs to sleep that I’ve been using for the last few months is far more comfortable and effective. Maybe it’s just me and reading other reviews it seems to be helpful to other people but I just didn’t get any benefit at all from it. I was wondering how if possible to return it?

seems to work but the way it stays in place is made by a tube grip which only lasts for couple of days before it looses its grip and it will be a job to keep in place making it useless unfortunately. Also a very important consideration it has to be worn directly on the skin so when wearing pyjama trousers over it, it can be too cumbersome and uncomfortable that if you manage to wear the pyjama!! I had to return it unfortunately.

This is the third knee cushion I have tried, and it’s third time lucky!! It’s exactly the right size and soft comfortable fabric and it stays in place perfectly!! Fast delivery from this company and excellent customer service. I shall be ordering another one so I can still have my cushion whilst the other is in the wash. Can highly recommend this super quality, value for money cushion. Many thanks.

The cushion is very small and I have very small thin knees and legs and it just about fits I bought it not so much to correct my posture off a back ache but because I suffer from painful knees and when I'm lying on my side having both knees close together can add to the pain so I bought this to keep my legs away from each other sometimes I lay on my side and place one day on the cushion and it does alleviate pressure it's small enough to take away on holidays but it's not life-changing and a bit pricey for what it does
