Q: Do these come with a starter piece thay has all the tiles even on one end?? Or o you just cut it and leave the raw edge????

The answers do not resolve this question, so I watched an installation video to educate myself and relay the information on. What appears to be a straight edge in the product photos is actually the area where the next tile overlaps. So, you actually have a small portion of two tiles that do overlap, not just butt up against one another. This is why you do not see the wall behind, should there be a slight misalignment of tiles. When you do come to a corner or a vertical piece of trim (perhaps in the case of coming to a refrigerator opening or the end of the overhead cabinet), the tile has to be cut vertically to establish a straight edge. I sincerely hope this clarifies matters for everyone...it does for me.

Q: What's damage done removing w/ dryer, honestly; you tube video showed pulled of paint layer damage, mentioned having to relevel w/ mud?

I didn’t put it over painted walls that weren’t white.
