I commute on the train everyday and was sick of my old bag that could only hang on one shoulder. This bag is great. There are enough pockets to organize my phone, keys, work badge, wallet, kindle, water bottle, lunch, laptop, and more! It's very roomy but doesn't seem too big to me. The material is nice and when I don't have a lot in it, I like using the small handles to tote it around, but the cross body strap is really the sell point (on top of everything else). I can't wait to use this on my next vacation too, since it has the trolley strap on the back so it stays put on top of your luggage! This was my 3rd attempt at a new daily/travel double duty bad, and my last!
