I haven’t done it with this particular one, but other similar stuffed animals I put in the washing machine on a delicate cycle and they came out fine, then fluff them in the dryer.

Unfortunately, this particular plush does not have a voice box.

Yes,The attached tag says ALL NEW MATERIALS Contents: Polyester Fiber, Surface Washable, meets or exceeds all US Government and ASTM F963-11 safety requirements.Dixie has very long, soft faux fur. Does not shed or appear to be easily pulled out by children or animals. If you have any further questions please let me know. Thank you!Diana
