No. They’re not. They’re creamy and will smudge if you rub your lips on something.

I have olive skin & am looking for an orange base red, the pic above looks good but some advise its pink based? please advise tried & tested ladies

Dear Suzie, This may sound odd, but THANK YOU so much for your question, which caused me to find a treasure I thought I'd lost!!! So I had to help you out. I fished my used-only-once tube of Revlon "Love That Red" out of my clown make-up bag and tested it on my wrist. It does indeed have a pinkish tinge to it. When I bought it I was looking for "Fire and Ice", which does have a more orange base. It looks like they are selling it again, so hooray for that. This is my go to lipstick. It’s creamy and the color is gorgeous. It’s not sticky. Keeps your lips moisturized but you forget you have it on. The longevity is good. You will need to touch up after eating but otherwise it lasts all day. I have high end lipsticks that don’t compare to this. Love the rich color. A beautiful lipstick at an affordable price! Love it!
