Slow speed shuttlecock are usually used in area that are in higher elevation. It is also used by coaches to train strength of stroke and for building stamina (longer rally) to train muscles on the arms. The Mavis 350 is one of the best yellow nylon/plastic shuttlecock. It is an easier shuttle to see and play when the wall or surrounding is white. It has the closest performance to feather shuttlecock in flight and feel.

Birdies/Shuttlecocks
I picked up badminton after work and it sure is a blast to play. Yonex Mavis slow speed birdies/shuttlecocks are well made, hold up to intense play and endure quite a few games. We have a tendency to replace birdies about once a week and we play 5-6 days per week for about 1-1.5 hrs per day on concrete floors. I plan to buy them again.

Yonex or Seller has compromised on quality.I have bought more than 50 boxes and quality of the shuttles is not good good anymore.4 out 5 are like medium speed shuttles.

Die Bälle tragen das Attribut "slow" absolut zu Recht.Ideal, um auf kurze Distanz zu spielen. Auch Anfänger kommen mit dem Ball relativ schnell klar. Für weites und schnelles Spiel aber nur bedingt zu empfehlen.Insbesondere die Gelben sind auch im Freien ausgezeichnet sichtbar.Die Haltbarkeit hat mich absolut positiv überrascht.
