Any one of you have a problem with the brush head coming off the handle?

Yes, my last order did have that problem. I purchased new ones (C3) at a local store and the bottom of the brush, the part that attaches to the handle was different inside. I don’t think these are original Philips brand.

Is the plague control better than the adaptive clean?

From what I was told over the phone by Phillips last year, the C3 toothbrush replaces the Adaptive Clean which was allegedly discontinued.

Will this fit the sonicare 4100 protective clean (model #hx681a)? it came with one brush head, but can't seem to find the c2 brushes.

We use ONLY Sonicare products We are in our seventies and have your exceptional products to thank for the maintenance of our teeth ( none false) and healthy gums! I want to give kudos to the product engineers for maintaining the quality of the C3 brush heads, and my hands much appreciate the packaging- it’s much easier to access the heads!! Our dental inspection show clean teeth. The bristles are perfect. It’s a value to invest for a full year!
