Bought this scooter for my 98 year old grandmother who is starting have trouble with mobility. Arrived quickly and is very easy to put together. There are variable speed levels but at its highest speed, this thing is pretty quick! Very smooth ride and I love that the arm rests and seat are adjustable. Folds down easily for portability. It does not come with clear instructions for assembly but even without them - easy to figure out. 10/10. So far - has been a great product and does exactly as advertised.

We love our new Serianie “4 Wheel Lightweight Mobility Scooters for Adults”. The price is what first caught our eyes especially when we compared it with all the others below $800. It folds easily to fit in the back of our Buick Encore. We hope to soon get another one to put back there, also. The battery is holding a charge quite awhile so far and it took no time to learn how to drive it. It has all the necessary features and the seat is soft and comfortable. Now I can go so many places with my family.

It came fully charged. Plug in is up high (unlike other brands where it was difficult to reach) You can use either hand to power it. Swivel seat made it much easier to get in and out. Quick disconnect basket is a nice bonus. 4wheel is more stable than our 3wheeler. Great value for the price.

Got this scooter for vacation,First it's too heavy for 1 person to lift, I work in a warehouse caring 60+ pound car parts and I couldn't even lift this into the trunk of my car.2nd the nothing wants to tighten down and the seat is wobbly and moves around, handles/control panels are wobbly3rd the frame seams very flimsy and I felt like it was gonna tip over when I turn a corner and if you hit a curb you'd probably crack the frame.And the horn doesn't sound when it's in reverse making it unsafe for the people around youI may return it tomorrow and order a different one

Be patient and think logically and you will be able to assemble this. Don't rely on the assembly instructions because there aren't any.Be sure to fully charge the battery.Scooter controls are very smooth.Can't assemble in the timeframe they advertise.I haven't tried this on the grass yet so I may have to augment this review,

This scooter has been great for my aging mom that needs mobility support. One of my favorite features is that chair swivels to the side for easy entry.

The key ignition is lifting up about the hole that it sits in. The speed adjuster button no matter how much you adjust the speed it's still rides very slow. They said it was a reset button on there to reset the scooter. There is no reset button. I would not recommend buying the scooter. Now I have to send my school to back that I bought my mother. The battery function lights go up and down when you're riding so you never know if the battery is going to last long enough for you to get to where you got to go.

I love my scooter, it’s just the perfect size. I have not tried folding it for transport but instructions seem pretty easy.
