These are surprisingly good! I say surprisingly because I love a good lightly salted potato chip and these had that crunch and texture satisfaction. I sat down with my son to enjoy some chips with hummus and offered him some to try. I ended up passing the jar more towards him, he loved them too. Addictive he called them. I ended up reordering the double pack because the first jar went so fast! These are great for scooping or just snacking out of the package. I have also incorporated these into my homemade trail mix. I am a believer, I will always have these in my pantry!

The perfect size, thickness and flavor. Plain plantains are good. But, these are so much better

This is The Missus reviewing. I love plantains in entrees so at first I was disappointed - not sweet enough. However, I realized that I'm so used to sweet snacks that, duh, this was most likely the problem. I liked the crunch and discovered something delightful: the middle of each chip is slightly tart, giving a tiny burst of zing in each bite! And they weren't so hard that I thought I'd break my teeth. Yeah, I ate the whole 20 oz in, like, a week. Or less. Less. I'll be buying more after I finish a different snack I've ordered. Glad I found these. Affordable for me, too.

The garlic taste is very very appreciably subtle and will only really "kick in" if you can't stop eating them...which you can't... My taste buds did not detect much saltiness at all which is also fine. REALLY good...
