**Q: Is this 8 oz. vanilla in a glass jar?**
A: Yes,  the 8 oz. bottle has always been glass.   I ordered the 32 oz. bottle of Madagascar Bourbon
Extract & it came in a plastic bottle,  I think the flavor is not as good quality in plastic!

**Q: How does it compare in terms of test/flavour to the Madagascar Vanilla extract?**
A: I have tried many different Vanilla extract, and a few Madagascar Vanilla, and this one is far the best of them all.. Rich, heavy strong Vanilla flavor.. what you expect from Madagascars Vanilla...

A: Sugar is one of five permissible ingredients the FDA allows in “pure” vanilla extract. According to Nielsen Massey: It helps in the extraction process by keeping the extracted vanilla compounds in suspension, aiding in product clarity.  We use 100% all-natural, crystalized cane sugar due to the reliable quality and taste. The sugar content in our extract makes up less than 5% of the end product, an amount of sugar that is nutritionally insignificant, as it is typically spread throughout an entire dish.

**Q: how do i get a replacement for damaged bottle I received today.  Purchased 2 bottles and one was broken?**
A: Send the broken bottle back.
