Really effective from first tablet

We’ve been using this magnesium for a while now and it’s been a great value compared to what we were paying at the grocery or drug store. The capsules are a reasonable size (paperclip in my photo for scale, sorry I didn't have a banana!) and easy enough to take at night. My husband used to get nighttime leg cramps, and since he’s been taking this regularly, those have pretty much stopped for him. We also both feel like it helps us wind down and sleep a little better. I don’t get leg cramps myself, but I still take it as part of my nightly pill routine along with melatonin and it’s worked well for me. For the price and bottle size, it’s definitely worth it and I'll certainly keep buying them in the future but again at 1 pill daily and with 240 pills in the bottle we'll be good for a while!

Quite nice! Capsules a bit plastic-ey, but seems effective. Needs time...

Great item! Helps with sleep and stress. I started taking magnesium glycinate a few weeks ago, and I’ve noticed a real difference. I sleep deeper, my muscles feel less tense after my training sessions, and I don’t get as stressed throughout the day. It’s gentle on my stomach and easy to take. Overall, it’s been a simple addition that’s helped me feel more balanced.
