The Black Stallion T50 Premium Grain Goatskin & FR Cotton TIG Welding Glove has been improved with added protection and comfort features. Made with extra-premium grain goatskin, the T50 offers superior dexterity and finger control, without sacrificing protection. The exclusive DragPatch® side reinforcement provides extra insulation and abrasion resistance while the FR cotton back for a snug fit with enhanced protection. The glove is finished with Kevlar® stitching, which provides spark and abrasion resistance.

Review: Excellent Tig Gloves. - Very happy with these gloves so I'm buying another set. Purchased the original set about 5 years back when I bought a Miller Diversion 180 for hobby use. I can't say how well these will hold up if you weld for a living but they have been great for my use. They are TIG gloves, so don't expect them to last forever if you're using them for operations other than welding (cutting/grinding/fitting/etc...). I tried to switch between these and another pair of gloves during a project to try to keep them dedicated to weld time. Still would end up making cuts & grinds & prep while wearing these, so all things considered I am very happy with them. They have a snug fit and require a little break-in time before you get the ease of motion. They have a great feel and are real comfortable once the leather is broken in. The fingertips will shrink and get hard over time if you're not careful about your arc, but I think thats all leather. I eventually wore through the thumb and a fingertip from usage, handling hot parts, & sharpening hot tungsten. Overall I'm very pleased with the life I got out of the old pair and expect to get the same from these new ones. See my pics for the old vs new. I think the cuff may be a little longer on the new pair, but otherwise they look to have same pattern & materials.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Relatively Inexpensive, and SUPER Comfortable, but at a Cost

I've been a huge fan of RevCo stuff for years, and I've been using these gloves for delicate machine and tig work for nearly as long. These are fantastically comfortable gloves for tigging with great dexterity, but it's a double edged sword. If you're doing something harsh, say, nothing but 6061 parts at 160+ amps all day with little downtime, these might not last as long as you'd want if you like holding a close grip on your torch or filler. Part of their excellent dexterity comes from using thinner/pliable kid skin leather, which means if you go handling sharp metal, don't be shocked if you find a way to slice these open (and hopefully not you too!). TLDR: Excellent gloves for precise tig work. Trade a bit of heat durability for excellent comfort. If welding heavier/hot stuff, beware you may want to trade out for something thicker or use whatever beater gloves your shop provides if they do.
