Just finished a pack of 25 now on the second one.. once I finish this second pack then may be I will be able to assess its benefits. But one thing the tea bag contains quite lot dust, it would be if only whole leaf tea is used.

Better to consult an Ayurvedic doctor before having this tea
I am primarily Kapha. I drank my first cup in the morning and came down with a rumny nose within an hour. Assuming this is normal, I had my second cup in the evening and the third cup next day morning. By the third cup my condition had worsened, accompanied by high fever. I had to resort to antibiotics and nasoclear to get back to normal. Better to consult an Ayurvedic doctor if this herb combination is fit for everyone.

Don't get 25 pcs in it
It is a pack of 25 pcs but I got 24 pcs and in 24 pcs I found an empty packing also. So technically 23 out of 25, and it's effectiveness will share after use only
