Opened and damaged box of tea
We received what looks like a box of tea bags that were previously opened and with messy and disorganised individual tea bags. The seal was broken and attempted to put back with double sided tape. There are missing tea bags with dusty teas, half of them packed in messy and disorganised manner.

ホテルのクラブラウンジで提供されていたのが気に入って、こちらで見つけて購入しました。 包装などは問題ありませんでしたが、ベルガモットの香りがない・・・あるいは極薄で残念でした。（鼻に問題はありません） ボックスのカラーも美しく、容量的にもお手頃ではありますが、香りなきアールグレイ、リピートはないかな。

I really enjoyed this Earl Grey tea! It has a nice, smooth flavor with that classic bergamot taste without being too overpowering. It makes a great morning or afternoon cup, and the aroma is really pleasant. Definitely a good choice if you’re a fan of Earl Grey!
