As A Former Paramedic And Moutain Rescue Back In The Philippines, This EDC is a very good use in any measures of emergency. I give it a 100% quality.

These multietools are dangerous and should not be sold, as the calpel blade does not close properly and cuts into your clothing or your skin and flesh creating wounds. The rest of the tool is quite good, its a nice little emergency tool.

Crisp scissors, cut really well. One of the scissor blades is "serrated" i.e. stripes on the edge so cut-able material is not slipping away. My most used multitool - package opening, any scissor-needing cutting that I need to do. This is an everyday carry you do carry.
