I have been upgrading all of my travel sized bottles from plastic to silicone. As such, I began to scout sets here. Several reviews of various products (not just this set) had difficulty with travel, especially air travel, with any/all types of silicone travel bottles. Unsure as to which product was the best, I bought 3 sets here and 2 bottles from local big box stores to compare. As it turns out, as long as you prepare each bottle consistently the same way, filling fully and allowing no air to return when using before travel to your next destination of home, NO LEAKS occur. **This set was my favorite for the color and texture of the bottles. Silky soft silicone, nice wide mouth and singular dispense direction with mini valve. I have flown MANY, MANY times with them, since I have made this purchase and am pleased to say they have NEVER leaked even once. I fully fill the bottles before departure, ensuring minimal air space and gently squeeze the excess air out of the dispensing seal, and then close the cap. Voíla, no leaks whatsoever. Even in mixed pressurization (military aircraft flights), I have had NO leaks. In short, if you're looking to travel with silicone travel bottles, find the set that makes you happy, and leave NO air in the cap space to allow pressurization changes to affect the seal. I’ve tried many versions of travel containers over the years, and these seem like quality containers. The silicone is sturdy and not too thin, the no drip spout works on all 6 very well and the lid snaps closed and is pretty easy to open as well. A feature I didn’t know to look for but this one has is the flattened bottom to make filling easier. I usually tip the leftovers of a bottle into the travel bottle (or top of the shampoo in a hotel with their sample size products) and the fact that these stand up on their own is great! I’ve had to prop up other bottles in corners precariously and they usually fall over - so this feature on these bottles is really great. 6 different colors are nice, as well as labels that include three of each category (I needed 3 shampoos because my teenagers pack separate toiletry bags - so extra labels were great!). Only complaint, and it’s so minor, is that the no drip spout is so strong from brand new, that when squeezing out product into my hand, more comes out than I need. However, I believe after a few uses that I will either figure out my own pressure, or the valve will loosen up just a bit. Really great product for the price, if you travel a lot.

I purchased these containers for a two week European trip. They held more than enough shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc for the trip. I packed these in my checked luggage and had no issues with leakage. Now that I am home I am finding it messy to put the contents back into their original containers. So, I'll continue to use these containers until they are empty.

I bought these since this was the perfect size and amount for a long trip I was going to go on. They work okay as a container for liquids of different consistency. I put contact solution in them and they were fine. Same with sunscreen and face wash. They never leaked exactly, BUT that has more to do with how careful I was with them. If you're not, then I wouldn't be surprised if one did pop open. I was disappointed that it's not easy to get product out of these - of any consistency. I tried with my sunscreen, which is thicker, and that didn't work. Too much product always comes out and you can never guess in what direction. It's OK but it has some drawbacks so keep that in mind.

We purchased 1 set of these and then went back to purchase 2 additional sets. We had put together what we called our Essentials. We then used these to put our hand sanitizers in. They were stored in a hard plastic case, so I was not concerned about leakage. Though I checked each one prior to putting our gifts together and only had 1 that did not pass the test. I was disappointed, but 1 out of 18 is not bad odds. The family was so thrilled to receive these thoughtful gifts and loved the homemade hand sanitizer! I travel throughout my career, and these will be an essential part of my packing! I love the feel, the colors, but most of all the assurance that thy liquids will not leak!

Typical 3oz carry on size for airplane requirements. They are a soft silicone that will enable us to use almost all of the product instead of only getting what I can shake out of it were hard plastic. They came with preprinted labels- the only request I would have is for them to remove one label type and add Aloe or just add an aloe choice- not all but A LOT of travel/vacation involves the sun- there’s a label for sunscreen. It also included this odd little baggy- I say odd because there’s only one and I can only fit 2 in there…if I really smashed them I could get another bit that still doesn’t fit them all- so either just remove the bag or add in two more. Personally, I would have liked two more because I though it wa a great idea to carry them and I added extra back up to the labels and wrote on the baggy what each other has in it! Order arrived with adequate packaging and on time.

I tested these bottles multiple times. In each test water was used and filled the bottle 80% or less. The silicone bladders and white plastic necks all did fine in my test. Its the clear plastic caps that failed. With 2 of the bottles the clear cap failed multiple times when i applied less than 5 lbs of pressure to the bladder, water exploding out of the opened cap in the sink. In the third and fourth bottle, it took less than 20 lbs of pressure for the cap to burst open and squirt water everywhere. In the 5th bottle, it took less than 20 lbs also however the cap just leaked instead of bursting open. In the last bottle, i could not get the cap to burst open even standing on it with over 100 lbs of weight on the bladder. The clear caps do not consistently open at a certain pressure level. The pressure i stated was the most common it opened at. One opened a couple of times with less pressure than you would need to get ketchup out of a squeeze bottle( with the cap open). The silicone bladders also mean that the container has no solid structure and thus any pressure applied to the container will put pressure on the cap. My travel bag had two holes punched in it( with a hole punch). I am not for sure if this is for anti suffocation, so air can circulate around the bottles and keep them dry or some other reason. However it makes what would have been an extra layer of protection completely useless. There are the caps which are similar to a squeeze ketchup bottle. You can control these about as well as you can control the ketchup coming out of the ketchup bottle. So that skill applies here. Thicker liquids are a bit easier to control but thin liquids are going to squirt out like a super soaker. Finally, the fill neck is 7/8 in. ( the size of a nickel) which do make these easy to fill without a funnel. They are also pretty easy to clean without any tools though i would recommend a brush. Overall, they are not terrible for the price. I would definitely put them and their bag in my own leak proof bag even if its a zipper ziploc. Better safe then getting 2 oz of shampoo out of your clothes on a long weekend. As long as you make sure you seal them and pack them correctly, you have a pretty low chance of them leaking.

Purchased these to take on our Disney World trip as we were traveling on a plane. They have all held up well with no leaking! We have since used them several times.

This is nice and soft and even the air is not coming out with a lot of pressure so I am assuming it will not leak!!

Perfect for travelling so you can keep to the right amounts for carry-on luggage. Silicone is nice and soft and I like the design, easy to refill. Would recommend.
