Which size is good for brown sugar ?** A: I bought the 64 ounce and they are perfect for us. The opening is just right for a hand to easily reach and I have all different sizes of cookies. I suppose it depends on how many cookies you want to hold. I think this would be a good size for brown sugar. The tops are air tight!! **Q: How much flour does this fit in?** A: Just shy of a 5lb bag of all purpose flour.
