I like the tea, and knowing it's good for me

I am always a little apprehensive when I try a new tea, but this one taste quite good. Hopeful to reap the benefits it supposedly provides.

I brew this with a couple other teas for blood sugar control and then cool it and drink it cold .It seems to work and has a good taste.

I add a little honey and enjoy.

I'm absolutely mad about tea and I drink all kinds, hot and cold. Right now since it is the tail end of summer, I am still consuming massive quantities of iced tea. This avocado leaf tea makes for a good batch of iced tea. The flavor is not heavy so I would say extremely mild. It's not caffeinated obviously being an herbal so this is perfect for sipping on all day long without worrying about the caffeine. I had never heard of avocado tea before so I don't know what (if any) health benefits there might be to it but I am happy to see that it is women owned, organic and fair trade.
