What's the difference between this one and the one in the dark blue box?

In short, the dark blue has a higher concentration with Magnesium; perfect for post workout/muscle recovery. The Isotonic contains a concentration of Sodium similar to your body's natural fluids. The Hypertonic contains a higher concentration of Sodium than your body's fluids.

Is this formula the same Quinton inyectable plasma?

Quniton does not recommend injecting. However, my doctor has recommended injecting the Isotonic at times. However, you must never inject Hypertonic.

Is this water or what is this?

This is from Quinton Isotonic box: Ingredients: Purified spring water, Seawater "QUINTON ISOTONIC contains seawater processed according to the original protocol drawn up by renowned physiologist and biologist Rene Quinton in 1897. Cold filtered under ISO 9001 to ensure quality. Hope this helps.
