I didn’t really notice if these contributed to my weight loss as I have dieted before with the same results and with these I didn’t lose weight any quicker but there is so many variations in diet it is impossible to know if they worked for sure, what I did notice was if you have any sensitivity to caffeine then do not take without food

Quite large tablets, easy to swallow. No taste or after taste. Actually seem to be doing the job although my diet hasn't been that great as yet, hopefully should work so much better now I'm back on track.
