comfortability and safety
I loved the car seat it is very comfortable and my baby completely loves it. The stroller is very comfortable and the features it has are amazing, however we are just using the stroller and I just found out that the armrest does not lock from the left side only from the right side. I have tried to contact the company, but haven't hade any luck. Another thing I did order it all black and got the silver one.

Swivel is the way to go
I had ordered a black frame and payed more for it and I got sent a silver one before the title was changed in the name. I kept the silver one because returning it was too much work as I am 8 months pregnant but overall the product is beautiful. Definitely recommend.

Bad experience 😪 car seat are good.
This stroller is not safe at all. The seat doesn’t hold back properly when I put my baby in, which makes it very dangerous. The cup holders are poorly designed and fall off constantly—they can’t hold any type of bottle or cup. I even had a close call where my baby almost got hurt. For a product that’s supposed to provide safety and comfort, this stroller fails badly. I would not recommend it to anyone. Car Seat are ok . It's very honest review from mom to mom.

Company is great!
We LOVE our Cybex travel system. Worked well with bringing home our tiny 5 lb baby. Easy to use. Love the swivel. And the customer service is fantastic! The ONLY part that is a little annoying in the button to release the car seat from the base is hard to reach when the car seat is swiveled to the side.
