I am not. The reason I gave 4 stars is because the bag doesn't tip back as easily as I'd like, it sometimes starts to slide back instead of tip but I was using it on linoleum so that may be the reason. The bag will totally fall over if nothing is in it but I put a few things in it to test if it would tip over and it didn't. I even tried to push it with force and it stayed upright. I LOVE the amount of pockets it has. I have something in every one. I tested it out on a gravel driveway and it did a fairly good job of getting through the gravel and didn't fall over or anything. It has roller blade wheels so expectations need to be reasonable... Overall, I'm not disappointed and for the price, I'd buy it again.
