المنتج يبدو أنه ذو جودة عالية لكن استأت كثيرا لانه وصلني من غير كرتون! تم شحنه من امريكا في كيس داخل ظرف و يبدو أنه ذلك تم لتصغير حجم الشحنه.

Bought these at the suggestion of my chiropractor to apply moist heat to my back. I’ve been using the two of them every morning for a few minutes. It’s very relaxing and nice treat for my lower back or neck. I fold each one in half, heat them together for one minute, rotate and fold them the other way, and heat for another minute perfect amount of heat The only odor is from heated lavender which I do not personally find unpleasant. The covers are soft and comfortable, the size is good, and they seem to be well-made.

Corn burned a hole through my sleeve with 2 constant min of microwave - it’s a thin sleeve which may have cause it - I’ve used the second one the same way and didn’t have that problem - and they definitely instruct to take it 30 sec at a time but….. instruction following aside….with the ones I had before this I found it’s worth grabbing a set that’s a little higher quality then just nuke for a couple min and use versus standing there nuke 30 sec wait test add 15 sec etc

I ordered these twice. The first set did quite well and lasted a while before I started noticing a funny smell from them. I thought maybe it was the result of heating them for too long, so I ordered another set. The second set started smelling even sooner and that was with heating them for less time. I do not know how to describe the smell, but I no longer feel comfortable heating them up because of it. Also, the size of the heating pad shrunk between the first and the second orders.
