My girlfriend wanted me to get this for her. She’s on a weight loss journey at the moment. And has been using this everyday since we got it. Not only does she love and use it frequently, she’s already getting results. She’s lost a total of 3 pounds and she’s only had it for 4 days or so!! I’ve seen her stand on it. Sit on it. And even do squats on it. I asked her why it feels like while on it and she said it feels like a burning sensation. Akin to after a workout. Best part about this machine is, it’s so small and compact that I can just tuck it under a table or bed. Not to mention it’s easy to use. No setup required. And seems to be made with high quality materials.

This is my 2nd power plate. I already know these things don't really help with weight loss, I use them more to get my lethargic lymphatic system a helping hand and some muscle stimulation. My last one from 10 years ago was double the height, triple the weight, took a lot of space and extremely loud to the extent it was impossible to watch TV and was just really horribly made. It finally went berserk so got rid and was not intending to replace it. However my lymphoma flare up forced me to have another look and I found this one £120 with voucher. I had low expectations as it looked so small and flimsy compared to my last one, but boy was I wrong! I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to see it was made to a high standard, looks smart and is actually really sturdy but not too heavy that I can move it around. The vibrations are great and it was SO easy to connect to the Bluetooth speakers, a feature I didn't need but am actually using to listen to the radio (when I'm not even using it!). Even the sound quality is good, I'm really shocked!! After my first use I actually got that subtle muscle ache like I had done a work out. 🤯 I fully recommend this product! And I'm not paid or influenced to write this lol

Loving this vibration plate. I’ve only used it 4 times so it is early days. It is not noisy and very powerful when on the full 10 vibration setting. I made the mistake of using it for the first time at night and slept terribly. Morning usage has been best for me.

Positives: Honestly I was surprised because of the very good price with discount (£110). The item feels sturdy and good quality, the vibrations are working and it makes everything jiggle: my legs got itchy only after about 3 minutes of use (which usually I get after at least 45+minutes of walking), and you even feel it working if you're using it when sitting down. Not so positive: That said, the item is on the small side which can be a good thing if that's what you're looking for, but it isn't the best if you're counting on stability. Also the plate is curved on the sides like you can see on pictures (where you would be on "running position") which I found a bit awkward when standing on it, not the best option if you're planning to do different poses or to exercise on it, and probably not great for someone who doesn't have good balance except if they're staying on the middle. Last thing, even max vibration (10/10) is I would say like 60/100 on the more expensive models such as LifePro, which I went for in the end.
