We bought this router to use as an access point for an older Netgear router in a retail location. We have several wireless cameras and when our internet provider changed out their modem, we started having connection problems with the outdoor cameras farthest from the router. This solved the problem but this router doesn't come with directions on how to set it up in the way that we did. It took a bit of online research and a few days of trial and error but once we figured it out, the results were dramatic and we are very happy.
