Don't buy
Bought this 4 months ago and just getting around to building the PC it is for. When I plugged it into my power strip there were sparks. Tried another socket in the power strip and the same thing happened. I know the power strip is good as other things are plugged into it with no issues. Removed the plug from the computer and then plugged the chord into the power strip and then the computer. However the computer would not turn on. Removed all the components from the case and put it in a 13 year old case with a 13 year old power supply and the it booted up with no issues. The power supply is bad and poses a risk of fire. Unfortunately for me it's to late to return. Lesson learned. Can't recomend this power supply. Stay away from it.

If you can avoid, do it.
No power switch. No manual. Crooked site of "we sell you" kind, not "we help you". I do not know yet if it works fine or what. The entire new system doesn't work. But I suspect it works.

T.F.SKYWINDINTL TF400W 400W Flex ATX Power Supply, Compact and Powerful!
I needed a compact power supply for a custom 3D printed enclosure with 12 3.5" hard drives, and this little 400W PSU fit perfectly. I was honestly amazed at how much power it has for its size. It easily powers all the drives, cooling fans, and even a mini-ITX motherboard that I use as a jump box. The fully modular cables help keep things tidy, and it provides plenty of power with headroom to spare. A great choice for tight spaces!

Fan Noisy after 2 weeks
the modular design is good however the fan became noisy after just 2 weeks and keeps getting worst
