We got this to do as an in home date night activity for our new baby girl. The kit has everything you need and is super simple to use. The inkless pad makes it super easy. We have now learned you do not have to push super hard to transfer the ink. If you do push hard, it can leave an impression on the next print. You can see a bit of baby’s handprint in their footprint, but it still looks great (see photo)! The frame is good quality and looks really nice hanging on the wall!

This is a beautiful keepsake. The ink-less pad provides no mess. However, you need to make sure your baby’s foot/hand or pet’s paw is aligned properly with just the right pressure. The ink-less pads are also just one time use. You can technically use it more than once but the ink is severely reduced.

I love the frame and it’s a super cute little memory piece, however the ink pad wasn’t great to use, the nurses ended up using their own ink as they couldn’t get a good print with the one provided.
