Excellent! Great flavor and really keeps you hydrated! I suggest this brand to my Massage Therapy clients who experience night time leg and foot cramping and it has helped each and every client so far! Some even report the cramping has stopped entirely! I also drink it because 1) it keeps me hydrated better than water or the G* or P* sports drinks 2) it tastes really good, and 3) I can easily dilute it into my 40oz water bottle and know I'm almost at my daily suggested hydration level!

Good drinks and they were a good price and the bottle is 20oz. They are a lil sweet tho. I like that it is a lyte version. Fewer calories and no sugar. I need them to make this lyte version In orange mango 🤞🤞
