Does the job - without a sore/itchy neck
The reason for 4* is that my wife normally finds hair dyes cheaper in the shops, but due to our, (so far 5 week ), lockdown there was no other choice but to buy online. No issues otherwise.She managed to do all her hair, except the nape of her neck which I did for her. Colour looks good, only a week and a half so far, so no idea how permanent "permanent" is!Main issue, would she buy again - yes - she was happy with the results and most importantly she had no sore or itchy after effects as she has experienced with almost all other brands.

Turned my hair grey !!!!
Terrible had to buy hair stripper as my hair went a grey/green colour. My ends are naturally lighter . The colour worked on my roots a bit. I wish I just kept to my roots now. I will not buy this again. Disappointed

Works on grey hair
Beautiful I need a second round for my emds but i just left it half and half lol i actually liked it plus its lockdown as long as those nasty greys are covered I'm not even bothered about my ends lol this really did the job on my greys

Wrong colour!
The colour is not even close! I'm very disappointed! I always used this maker before but not since they changed they design. The hair felt weird after use, only good thing is their conditioner, that's still amazing. Shame on the colour! :(

Be careful it fried my hair
So I think it's maybe a shade lighter hower my hair doesn't feel good at all.The 3rd photo is after a hair mask and you can see the hair is fried.
