I bought this after regular lip balms stopped helping much with dry, cracked lips, and this worked noticeably better for me. It feels more like a protective ointment than a waxy balm, so it stays on longer and helps keep moisture in properly, especially overnight or during colder weather. I also liked that it doesn’t have a strong fragrance or flavour, which made it feel gentler on irritated lips. A little goes a long way too, so the tubes last longer than expected. It’s definitely more of a treatment-style lip product than a glossy cosmetic balm, but for dryness and chapped lips it’s been really effective.

I have dry lips and they crack so bad if I forget to moisturize even for a few hours. This is soft on my lips and lasts for long, I barely get cracked lips and don’t need to keep reapplying every hour.
