I bought this to use as a tray to go on top of the back of my kitchen range. I put the bottom on the left side and the lid with the individual containers on the right. Now I can put smaller items on the back of the stove without fear of them falling off the back. It is working perfectly. The manufacturing quality is great. It took a while to be delivered from Asia as onr eould expect but it did come slightly earlier than promised.

This Yakumi "pan" is a great way to store your favorite spices/condiments/sauces near by when you are cooking. Traditionally used for "mis-en-place" with your most used spices/seasonings/condiments or what have you, by your side. With a somewhat tight fitting lid, and numerous containers inside, all inside a sturdy stainless steel box. This one is the long type, I actually have the square type. I use it when I wok cook, as it keeps the salt, pepper, cornstarch, and other things I need in a small space. I only wish that the containers were smaller inside, so I can have more little compartments for more things. Otherwise, a great, if not expensive little container.

I use these for my pop up dinners! Love these! I used these in Hawaii at many sushi bars and finally got a set of my own! Easy to clean and 4 holders are perfect!
