I'm 66 years old and developed thick skin and flaking, originally in one spot in my eyebrow. It eventually spread to both eyebrows, slightly along my nose and inside my ears. Dermatologists told me to use OTC Cortizone cream. It did almost nothing. I finally found this soap and thought I'd give it a try. I was shocked how well it worked. I use it when I take a shower, washing my face. It pretty much has eliminated the flaking in my eyebrows and redness. So far, it's eliminated the flaking in my beard also. Didn't expect that. I still have an area near the edge of my scalp I'm working on. I have pustules and some flaking around the edge of the scalp that may be a different problem. But I HIGHLY recommend giving this soap a try for flaking around the eyebrows. I've used it to wash inside my ears, and had mixed results so far. It's reduced the heavy skin thickening somewhat, but hasn't yet eliminated it.

This soap has worked really well for improving my skin. After using it for a while, I can clearly feel the difference — my skin feels smoother and healthier. Highly recommended!

I purchased this soap for two reasons: I wanted to reduce the amount of plastic packaging I was using with traditional shampoo and I wanted to do battle with my seborrheic dermatitis. It's hard to find a shampoo that really works with my scalp, and while my scalp isn't the best it has ever been (there are still small flare-ups) it's definitely not the worst it's ever been. This soap seems to be managing or at least maintaining a respectable level of scalp/skin health for me. You do have to really really be sure you've soaped everywhere thoroughly or you will come out of the shower only to realize a couple of hours later that some parts of your hair are still greasy even though you could have sworn you soaped yourself up like no other. However, if you do get every part of your scalp completely, I like the way my hair drys - it doesn't seem as weighed down as before. One thing that I really wish would change: the individually wrapped plastic packaging - I wish it was sent in cardboard or something that could be recycled.
