The green color is a deep, rich color and reflects beautifully in the light as it’s written with. It’s easy to use, the size and balance is perfect. I’m a pen snob and every pen I use has to be a perfect balance because if it’s too lightweight, I don’t like writing with it. The nib is great because the ink doesn’t clump up as I write at all like some pens do which is sometimes hard to find. The only thing that frustrates me just a tiny bit, but not enough to change my rating, is that the top easily comes off the end when I put it there to write with it. It doesn’t happen all the time and so it isn’t enough to bug me. The best thing is that the cap of the pen has the letter B in it and that is the initial of both my grandson’s first name and last name. So that’s a huge bonus. I don’t think he’s quite worked that part out yet. Lol. He’s 13 so he’s at an age where boys don’t typically notice specific details like that.
