This is my first product from Celimax that I’ve tried and I am blown away! A word of warning if you’re new to retinol however - this is powerful stuff. When it has the word ‘shot’ in the name, I didn’t realise it was akin to the K beauty phenomenon of ‘reedle shot’ products, where tiny spicules pierce the skin to help the product penetrate the skin. This feels like tiny sharp pricks all over your face - I love ‘feeling’ like my skincare is doing something so I love this feeling - but a word of warning if you’re not expecting it. The result next day - fabulously smooth skin, smaller pores and a brighter complexion. I don’t think I’ve ever had a product that has such a quick impact on my skin. Highly highly recommend this - although I’d advise taking it slowly and using 1-2 times a week to get your skin used to it. as with any retinol, SPF is an absolute must. It has no scent, is light yellow in colour and in a 50ml pump tube, I’m confident I’ll be able to use the full amount without losing product in the packaging.

Love this product, it’s the original one as everywhere you can find dupes. Tingling sensation when apply but wears off quickly. Definitely worth the price and definitely going to order again

It's very potent I been using it since it came it has a stinging sensation when applied definitely something happening I definitely recommend it, it's still early days but it looks and feels promising definitely better than any retinol products l have tried..... will come back and update

What I LIKE about it: 1) NOTICEABLY BRIGHTER AND SMOOTHER SKIN — After just a week or two of use, my skin felt firmer and looked more refined — especially around the cheeks and jawline. It gives that “lifted” look without feeling harsh or drying like some retinol products can. 2) GENTLE FORMULA THAT STILL WORKS — Despite being a retinol-based product, it didn’t irritate my skin or cause peeling. The texture feels silky, and it absorbs quickly without any stickiness or residue. Perfect for night-time use, but I’ve also used it in the morning under SPF with no issues. 3) HYDRATING, NOT DRYING — i love that it has moisturizing ingredients that balance out the retinol. My skin feels soft and supple the next day, which is a big plus if you’ve had trouble with stronger retinols in the past. 4) LIGHT, SERUM LIKE TEXTURE —It layers beautifully with other skincare, I use it after toner and before my moisturizer, and it doesn’t pill or interfere with other products. It feels more like a smoothing serum than a heavy treatment. 5) VISIBLE GLOW AND REFINED TEXTURE — My skin tone looks more even, pores appear smaller, and there’s a healthy glow that wasn’t there before. It’s subtle but noticeable, especially under makeup. Not CONs really, just something to keep in mind: 1) START SLOW if you’re new to retinol — Even though it’s gentle, retinol is still active — I started with every second night for the first week and then daily once my skin adjusted. 2) SLIGHT TINGLING — The first few times I used it, I felt a mild tingle, but it faded quickly. Totally normal for retinol, but worth noting if you have sensitive skin. 3) SMALL BOTTLE — the bottle isn’t huge, but a little goes a long way, and the quality makes it worth it. Overall: I couldn’t recommend this enough if you want to tighten, smooth, and refine your skin without the harsh side effects. It feels luxurious, delivers visible results, and works well even for those with sensitive or combination skin. It’s become a key step in my night routine. I hope you found this review HELPFUL.
