I really like this supportive pillow for the low back. It is nice and wide not too thick and has a nice curvature up into the low back. It is not a real thick pillow because it goes in the small of the back. It can be used for other things too but a little less steep than most pillows. Works best under the go back.

I rarely write reviews. From the first night, I knew I had to write about how much I love this pillow. I have curvy hips and sleeping at night can be painful on my back and hips due to poor support and Sciatica pain. I tried feather and memory foam pillows and those were too high which caused me discomfort. I tried a different lumbar pillow that’s on the thicker side because it’s made for chairs, but not for sleeping. That was a pain to try to maneuver with and the thickness limited my sleeping positions. In order to sleep comfortably, I move around a lot and can’t sleep in the same position for too long.This pillow is like my Goldielocks. It’s just right. It’s thin enough to roll myself over comfortably without causing it to move around, but thick enough to give me just the perfect amount of support for my waist and back to keep me better aligned. I also like how it’s longer than most lumbar pillows to allow me to roll around and still have support. My quality of sleep has instantly improved from the first night and since then, I haven’t experienced any hip or back pain from sleeping. Worth EVERY penny!!

I bought this pillow for lower back support when I sleep. It’s great for supporting and cushioning the curve of the back and if you turn to sleep on your side it cushions your hip bone against pressure. It holds it shape. It’s a great value. I take it with me when I travel since it easily folds in half to put in a bag.

for the past 7 years i’ve struggled with lower back pain due to my herniated discs. i’ve tried heat pads which don’t help much due to the temporary relief and have even tried pillows between my legs as recommended by others. this product has since allowed me to sleep SO comfortably. it’s easy to move anywhere due to its size, allowing me to have comfort anywhere i go. I’ve used this for my back but also for the times i have stiff shoulders or a stick neck. it’s helped me wake up feeling much better. the support that the angle of it gives is great and the beaded area helps give you pressure when needed, if not you can easily flip it over. it’s not a stiff pillow so you can sink into it easily.

I have had this pillow for more than a few months now and I use it every night. It's still going strong. It's not too thick, but provides just enough cushion to tuck under my lumbar or mid back. I sometimes move it to my upper back at the base of the pillow I use for my head to give my a little lift onto my main pillow. I'm glad I bought this lumbar pillow because I find it versatile. I find myself using it a lot as another layer on top of the pillow I use for my head just because it's cool on my face and very comfortable, giving my pillow just enough height to support my neck. I don't think you can go wrong getting this. I also use it behind my head on a recliner when watching movies with a thicker lumbar-shaped pillow for my lumbar. It's a good combo. I can tell this pillow is going to last me a while too.

This is a really nice lumbar pillow. I am a larger woman and bought the larger size; it fits perfectly and allows me to sleep more comfortably after being injured in an accident. The only drawback is that the washable cover is made of a very slick synthetic fabric, so the pillow tends to slide around. It could be enhanced by covering it with a more nubby fabric to help it stay in place.
