This product is the only one I have ever bought that actually works and believe me I've bought a lot of skin products that promised a lot but didn't do anything. I put it on and let it do it's work and then in 2 or 3 hours I use my moisturizer. The instructions say use it at bedtime and then moisturize. But I always wonder about the bedtime thing because whatever product you're using will be wiped off on your pillow. So, I use mine in the evening several hours before going to bed and this is working very well. I can see the yucky skin coming off and my complexion is starting to look fresher and better.

I love the smell of this…smells kind of like apples to me, though I see others are saying floral and citrus. Anyway, it goes on beautifully, and feels nice. After one week, my face was peeling in a very visible way. I thought it would go away after a few days, but after almost a week, I just couldn’t deal with it anymore. I’m going to wait til I don’t have to be out in public for a couple of weeks, and then retry it. I’ll update this review once I do. At this point, though, I think it’s a little too pricey. If it works miracles after the peeling stops, though, it might be worth it. Stay tuned….

It works! Of course it's just a cream so it is limited to what it can do. I was surprised by how much I liked it. I feel it has made a difference and it's only been 2 weeks. Worth the money. It is part of my night time routine.

With any skincare you need to give it at least a month to see results. I gave it a good shot to notice if its doing anything for me. Because the price tag is a bit up there my review will be more critical. I don't think this did anything for me other than adding another step to my skin care. The skin starts to peel over time but nothing changed visibly. I don't think this is for everyone.

I have been applying this retinol every other night onto clean skin. The serum is a nice creamy consistency. It is not too heavy or too light. It has a floral citrus aroma which creates a very refreshing scent. The serum absorbs nicely into the skin. In the morning, my face feels very smooth and soft. I know this retinol is working because after two weeks of use, my skin is starting to peel. I haven’t noticed a huge difference in the fine lines on my face, but I know that will develop over extended use. As much as I like this product, it is on the expensive side. A Retinol serum suggested by my dermatologist is half the cost of this retinol serum. I will continue to use this serum until it is gone because I really do like the product, but it is a bit out of my price range.

So far, I really like this serum! I am currently breastfeeding so I love that the retinol percentage is low, it's actually better for my sensitive skin and I don't worry about it effecting the breastmilk. I like the NAG in this serum as it exfoliates very gently. The niacinamide helps tone down my redness. The texture is very silky and lightweight and has a very nice floral smell. The serum comes in a glass bottle which always looks more expensive and makes my vanity seem more classy. I have started slow and always moisturize but I think my skin looks brighter and less red.

I loved the consistency and silky smooth feeling of this Toty retinol serum. The bottle is glass and it came in a sturdy well sealed box. The scent is very pleasant and mild, fruity floral, that is not overpowering and does not linger. The serum melted into my skin and left it feeling amazing. Due to the high concentration of retinol, the bottle warns peeling and skin stinging may occur with the first few applications and this is common. I am anxious to report back after using this for an extended period of time as with retinol it can take time to notice benefits. A moisturizer is recommended to apply after this product. Once or twice a week application in the evening is recommend to start, increasing frequency as tolerated. It contains niacinamide as the second ingredient. It also contains tranexamic acid which is used to fade dark spots and discolorations like melasma. There are many ingredients in this product, which is important to note if one is using multiple other skin care products simultaneously. This product is made in Spain. Lovely anti-aging retinol serum that I am looking forward to continuing and reporting back on. Meanwhile, I need to look into other products in this line.

I like this serum so far. It has a .5% concentration of retinol, which isn’t very strong, but is good for those just starting to use it or have sensitive or dry skin. It is encapsulated, meaning, there is a protective barrier around the retinol to maintain its efficacy, and prevents it from breaking down from things like UV rays, air, and heat. This serum also contains ingredients that decrease the side effects that retinol may have like redness and dryness. It has a lightweight texture that has not caused my skin to be irritated or have patchy flakes that some retinol products tend to do. I use it at night and wake up with softer, smoother, brighter skin.
