Bedtime Snacks!
If you're used to eating [other super popular pastry product... you know the one], this can be a bit of a shock. The texture is different and it is way less sweet. But if you're already eating healthier and cut out excess sugar from your diet, this tastes great and the sweetness isn't offensive [like that other pastry product]. This is one of my favorite pre-bedtime snacks, because the protein and fiber help keep midnight hunger at bay. I used to heat them up in the microwave (18 seconds was perfect for me), but then I got used to eating them straight out of the wrapper. They're good either way. I say give it a shot if you want a treat that won't leave you feeling guilty. My favorite flavors are Strawberry or the Cinnamon one, but they're all good.

These taste indulgent, but they're actually healthy.
These are not your usual Pop-Tarts. They're better. These have a ton of protein, around 22 grams of it. They have 24g of "carbohydrate", but roughly 9 of that is dietary fiber, 10g of erythritol (a sugar alcohol natural substance that has practically 0 calories), and 9g of total fat, 2 of which are saturated. They're 200 calories each. But they have a ton of actual nutrition, and less than a gram of what we think of as "sugar", which is table sugar, Sucrose. All of the flavors of these products, including the shown "S'mores" flavor, are good. Some of them are excellent, like the Double Chocolate and the Cinnamon Spice. This particular variety doesn't really taste a whole lot like a S'more. The icing is supposed to be marshmallow flavored, but is just sweet and tasty. The crust doesn't taste like a graham cracker very much, but it tastes good. The filling is chocolatey and sweet, but isn't like a melted square from a Hershey bar. All in all, this is their less impressive flavor, but it still is pretty darned good. And it has actual nutrition. A ton of protein, without tasting anything like your typical protein bar, which tastes too "healthy" without actually tasting GOOD. Some typical protein bars taste good, especially Clif bars, but to do that, they have to basically be cookies, with all the bad stuff we over indulge in, and get our bodies out of whack. These Legendary pastries do not do that. I've been eating a lot of their products lately, along with Zevia soda, and granulated erythritol in my coffee. And my biannual bloodwork just came in, giving me an A1C of 5.3. And I'm Type II diabetic. 2 years ago, my A1C was 10.1. So you do the math.

Good snack
Did not taste as good as I thought it would. Be sure to try it microwaved it tastes a little better that way! Still a great treat but would probably buy other snacks or flavors.

I highly recommend this product
Actually wasn’t too bad taste like a very good protein bar so if you used to protein bars, this will be just the same very easy digestible I think . Definitely for someone who’s needs a food fix but doesn’t need all the calories.

Recipe changed for the worse.
I was a huge fan of this line of product but the recent recipe is entirely different. The flavor is offputting and the product is not pastry like at all. It is so dense and small. Across the board the flavors are different and I cannot stomach them at all. I bulk purchased these because I liked them so much only to find out the recipe has changed. The protein content is a tad higher but something else has changed. The fillings are no longer gooey and the pastry is just super dense and not flakey. I used to drive out of my way to pick these up on the road for a quick breakfast but they are now just gross.

It’s ok
It’s ok. Tastes a bit dry but if you’re looking for a bra snack it’s fine.

Tasty but pricy
I am torn on these pastries, I got several flavors to try. They do cost a lot (look for a coupon) but can satisfy an urge. The flavors are actually pretty good. I wish I could put them in the toaster like a regular toaster pastry (PopTart). I do put them in the microwave for about 11 seconds to warm them up. They are a little smaller than I recall the regular ones are. As I said, they taste pretty good. But something in the formulation - I think it's the sweetener in the frosting - makes my tongue feel a little - weird! IDK how to describe it. I know it's not an allergy or anything like that. Just - weird. Mostly, I like them. May not purchase again though.
