Considering that this is a healthy drink and its water, the flavor for me is very mild and smooth for me. Its like having a healthy soda with no sugar to me. The box it came it was torn but it was not leaking. I cant say the box wasnt sturdy but somewhere along the ride it was torn. However, the amount that you get for this price was shocking to me. Will purchase again
