(2 Pack) Compatible with Brother, Set of TN-430 Toner Cartridge, DR-400 Drum Unit - 1 of each

This doesn't print quite as dark as I'd like, but it may be the printer (which is new to me) so I left the five stars. It's the first compatible laser cartridge I've bought. I was reluctant at first, but for the price - and considering it's for my own personal use, not for business purposes - it's just fine.UPDATE:Some clarification is in order. The first package that shipped contained a toner cartridge but no drum. The seller quickly sent out another package that contained both the drum and a toner cartridge. He did not ask us to return the toner cartridge sent mistakenly. The first toner cartridge we tried (reviewed above) quickly developed a nasty leak. And the toner didn't spread even across the page; text/images on the right side were very faint. We replaced it with the second toner cartridge, and the output is looking a lot better (and the cartridge isn't leaking, so far anyway). NEITHER cartridge physically looks like the Brother cartridge that came with the machine; apparently both are compatibles, not remanufactured. We've also noticed some vertical lines on the printed pages, apparently from the drum. We probably won't buy compatibles again. Even though the OEM toner cartridges/drums cost a whole lot more, we'll try to stick with them from now on.

These were ok but not great; for the price its a decent value. Given that the product is a fraction of what BRother charges, I would order again. Good turnaround time.

Great deal. Toner and Drum unit arrived snugly packed in a V4ink box. My printer is a Brother MFC-8300 the OEM drum unit is DR-400 and the toner is TN-430/460. The Drum unit I received was DR-510 and toner was TN-570. Still worked perfectly! Tried both units separately, then together. Both print flawlessly and can be used in combination with original Brother Drum or Toner (DR-400 TN-430 respectively). Will buy again when I need it.

The pricing was amazing compared to what the OEM version costs. Packaging was good. Fit is perfect; however, the faint printing issue I had still persists, and the drum fault light is still lit. Tried different toner cartridges, cleaned all the required elements within my HL-1440 printer, but was told by Brother Tech Support that it was the drum unit. Unfortunately, I used it for some time hoping that it would resurrect itself, and missed the deadline for returning it.

Great price, but in this case, you really do get what you pay for. I cannot get a dark printout out of this product. Genuine Brother toner & drum worked great. This one is inferior, produces inferior printouts. I will not buy again.

Fantastic price for drum & cartridge. After market item. Very well packaged & taped together. Can't beat the value. Will update once tested out.

Installing it was a breeze. And as soon as I hit "Print", I was rewarded with a crisp and clean print. I hope I get as many copies as advertised. Great shipping/packaging.

the cartridge is working well but I see no DR400 drum accompanying this unit. Only the 2 cartridges came with the shipment
