I recently purchased my second bag, and since I received it, and used it, I have noticed nematodes popping up, as well as another smaller mite like bug. This concerns me only because I don’t know what they are FOR SURE, as well as my only culprit is the introduction of is this new bag. (My dubias are feeders for my bearded dragon)I use enough to cover the floor a quarter of an inch thickness of this feed of my 10 gallon tank. Essentially I use it as feed and substrate. Dry soft flakes make great ground cover and the roaches eat as much as they need right at their feet. I mist the tank frequently, keep it warm, and dark (things dubias need) and have had no mold issues at all.All in all great product!
