Disappointing Product & Exhausting Service — Avoid If You Have a Busy Schedule
Very disappointing experience. Within just 1 month and 9 days of delivery, the treadmill developed issues twice even after technician repair. No proper model label on the machine for verification, and technician mentioned the motor power and weight support appear lower than advertised. Customer support process is exhausting with constant follow-ups, coordination, and repeated repairs instead of proper resolution. Would not recommend if you expect reliable product quality and after-sales service.

Good machine for a small family
I have been using this treadmill for the past one and a half months and am generally satisfied with it. I especially appreciated the proactive support from the company—one of their representatives called me and arranged for someone to assemble the machine. After watching the assembly, I realized it was quite simple, but I’m glad the company helped address my initial concerns. Thanks to them for that. This treadmill isn’t as rugged as some of the more expensive models, but for a small family, it should serve well. It includes essential features such as incline and speed adjustment, distance readout, and more. One suggestion: it would be helpful if the belt assembly could be lifted or tilted to make floor cleaning easier underneath. Overall, I’m happy with the price-to-performance ratio of this machine and wish the company continued success.
